When I was born the doctors told my parents I wouldn't live past the age of 6 or 7. They literally told them "don't bother saving for college."

My breathing was decent so I was pretty healthy in my childhood. Even so at around age 16 or 17 I started to get sick more. My lungs had started to deteriorate.
And don't forget about the bad digestion. It's why I was so skinny. I'm talking about being on the toilet about 7 times a day. And being rail thin because you can't keep weight on because you're on the toilet 7 times a day!
And when you're underweight, you're weak. And when you're weak you have a crappy immune system. And when you have a crappy immune system you get sick really easy. And when you get sick really easy the colds come fast and hard. I would get a cold about 8 or 10 times a year. If I went longer than a month without a cold, it was a miracle.
And a cold --let along the flu or pneumonia-- is the last thing you need when you can't breathe worth a damn.
And when it was a bad cold I would get tossed in the hospital for 2 weeks. 2 weeks of harsh IV antibiotics and blood tests. Ugh.
Now you get the picture…a vicious and deadly cycle.
Early On I Thought That I Might Beat The
Odds And Never Get Really Sick
But it wasn't true. I had started to get sick more. My breathing was bad and I was starting to get depressed more. I got hospitalized a bunch. This happened all throughout my late teens and early 20's.
I was angry at the world and angry at God for giving me this hideous disease and putting me at a disadvantage. ge.
But one day I got sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I decided that me being angry was a drain on my health.
I decided I would search around and find real solutions to increasing my health. I read dozens of books and magazines and devoured any video I could find on the subject.
And I soon discovered these secrets to awesome health. And it all starts with proper breathing.
